There's a neon light ablaze, in this green smoky haze...

I've been learning more Bob Dylan songs on the guitar. The last two have been Where are you Tonight (Journey Through Dark Heat) and Spanish Harlem Incident. I can't sing, can barely keep time and know only the rudimentary chords and guitar playing techniques, but I fucking love it. As soon as I open my mouth and start strumming, I am that scruffy troubadour from Hibbing. I am that Jewish looking lad, with the big hair and dark sunglasses. I AM going to change the world with my words and music. I can escape to the great north woods, see those dragon clouds and ride the magic swirling ship. My room becomes Greenwich, Newport, and the "Royal Albert Hall", and I can forget about today until tomorrow.
