new year in japan, it is THE holiday of the year for japanese. guess what is on tv? go on try!

well starting at 11pm there is a big K1 competition! (K stands for kicking boxing). A big black guy called Bob Sapp (who used to be an american football player) is fighting another american (whose name i can not remember) who used to be a sumo wrestler! isnt that a perfect way to end the year? of course in england if you wanna see two fat bastard smash each other, just go to any pub in Wick.

as for me, i have fuck all plans. the disappointment down the years have lead me to apathy. it is tradition in japan to go to a shrine and throw money in a box to wish for good luck. in nagoya we have atsuta shine, which is one of the biggest and most famous in japan. so like moths to a flame everyone goes. i guess i will get sucked in and complain about the crowd, the people, the rain, not being drunk, being too drunk, and cursing everything in sight. hell is not other people, but a hell of a lot of other wankers.

also, since you mentioned japan, they have bonenkai parties. roughly translated it means forget the year parties. so please drink and be merry and forget the year, cos even if it was shit or good, its over and there is nada you can do about it. so fuck it and move on.
